Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Fatih Şenel (sole proprietorship, Turkey) for use of What A Man. By creating an account you accept them and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. One account per person. You're responsible for activity on your account.

2. Aras is an AI

Aras is an artificial intelligence, not a person. His replies can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. He is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial advisor, and nothing he says is professional advice. You decide what to do with his perspective.

3. Not an emergency service

What A Man is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911 or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Our crisis protocol is published at whataman.peram.co/safety.

4. Subscriptions and add-ons

• Plans renew automatically each month through the Apple App Store or Google Play until you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Prices, included messages and minutes are shown before purchase. Unused allowances don't roll over. Session add-ons are valid for 30 days.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• We may change prices or plan contents with advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service if you're under 18 or let a minor use your account;
• request or share sexual content, or any content sexualizing minors;
• use Aras to harass, threaten, stalk or harm anyone, or to plan illegal acts;
• show other people on camera without their permission;
• share, resell, scrape or automate access to the service;
• try to break, reverse-engineer or bypass the service's limits or safety systems.

We may warn, limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules. You can appeal any decision in Settings → Help → Appeal a decision; a person will review it.

6. Your content

You own what you send. You give us a limited license to process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Aras's replies are provided for your personal use.

7. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app before material changes take effect. You can stop using the service and delete your account anytime.
